All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods available at checkout.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of placing your order.

4. Made to Order

All of our t-shirts are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Please ensure you check our size guide carefully before ordering, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs. Please see our Shipping Information page for full details of delivery options and costs.

6. Returns & Refunds

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged, faulty, or not as described. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

All designs, graphics, and content on our products and website are the intellectual property of Vinyl Coffee UK or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our designs without prior written permission.
