Made to Order Products

All of our t-shirts are made to order, meaning each item is produced specifically for you when your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason other than those stated below.

We strongly recommend checking our T-Shirt Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

When You Can Return an Item

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a return, replacement, or refund if your item is:

  • Damaged — the item arrives physically damaged or broken.
  • Faulty — the item has a manufacturing defect, such as a printing error or fabric fault.
  • Not as described — the item received is significantly different from what was shown or described on our website.

How to Request a Return

If your item meets one of the above criteria, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the fault or damage. We will review your request and respond within 3 working days.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will offer you one of the following at our discretion:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement item

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and approving your return. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

Return Postage

If your item is confirmed as damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage. We will provide a prepaid returns label or reimburse reasonable postage costs upon request.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
